The University of Cincinnati’s Fifth Third Arena went through a massive 220,000-square-foot renovation, kicking UC school spirit up a notch. The update arena was transformed into a modern 360-degree seating bowl, featuring improved seating for 11,500 spectators. The refreshed arena features 6,808 lf of Trex Commercial Products ornamental steel and aluminum railing, including Tensiline Cable, Griprail and Track Rail located on the upper and lower bowls, as well as Gridguard Mesh railing and Griprail on the concourse overlooks and stairs. Beyond the interior railing, Trex Commercial Products provided Gridguard railing with metal grating infill for the East Site entrance on the grand staircase and adjacent building.
